Lawsuit claims the ban on pot is in conflict with WA. State Uniform Controlled Substances Act

LARKSTON, WA – You might remember on November 24th, Clarkston City Council members voted to ban recreational marijuana sales in the city.
Many of the people at that meeting voiced their disapproval with the decision, in fact, a lawsuit is in the works.
Carol Zinke tells us more about what’s happening with the pot issue in Clarkston right now.
The owners of an old hospital building in downtown Clarkston said they aren’t going to give up on their plans for a pot shop here, just because councilors voted to make any recreational marijuana retail sales illegal.
