A new report reveals, marijuana is raking $2.4 billion in Colorado and creating more than 18,000 full-time jobs.
Joseph Fisher, came to Colorado Springs to join the military, but after serving his time he decided to stay for another reason.
“Marijuana has always been something I’ve been interested in, so once I got out I figured I’d try to work my way into the industry,” Fisher said, manager of Emerald City Wellness.
Lucky for Fisher, the industry proved to be wildly successful across the state, especially in Southern Colorado.
