If you’ve been following Washington’s experiment with legal marijuana, you’ve probably heard it’s been a bumpy ride since the Evergreen State launched its recreational cannabis industry last month.
Pot shortages, high prices and a backlog of retail and producer applications have marked the start of the industry in Washington, one of two states with legal recreational marijuana.
As the Oregonian’s reporter focused on the business of marijuana across the Northwest, I am familiar with the challenges.
