The Epilepsy Foundation believe that more research is vitally important to the movement for compassionate access. Unfortunately, it has been difficult for scientists and researchers to organize clinical trials due to marijuana being a Schedule I drug. That is why we have been working to reschedule marijuana and allow more scientific studies on the impact it can have as a treatment.
