Would President Ronald Reagan have supported the legal marijuana movement?

Former U.S. President Ronald Reagan — whose wife spearheaded the iconic anti-drug movement’s “Just Say No” campaign and who signed into law some of the most expensive and draconian War on Drugs legislation in our history — would nonetheless be leading Republicans in a drive to legalize marijuana, said a conservative congressman who used to work for the Gipper.
Except that Reagan — president from 1981 to 1989 — died in 2004.
